This destination was amazing! It exceeded my expectations and wish I would have planned our trip to stay longer. My daughter was worried about staying in the jungle and having bugs and creatures, but we honestly had less issues with this in our tent than we did in other resorts. I absolutely loved every aspect of this destination and would return in a heartbeat.
I LOVED the quiet serenity and authentic experience of the Bali countryside. The food was amazing!!! Farm to fork is exactly what it was and the quality far exceeded my expectations. They had an amazing variety … I just wish I could have tried it all. The stay were phenomenal… they even carried our VERY heavy luggage down the hillside to our tent. After we arrived in our tent I was unsure how they would get our luggage there and told them we would just bring down what we needed, but they had already brought it down on their heads. We were sooooo grateful, but my only suggestion would be to pack lite. Even if you don’t have to haul it down yourself. 🙏🏻☺️💞
For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
Tents were big and they have proper beds. The hot tub was the highlight. It is possible to borrow bikes but we didn’t as the weather wasn’t great. Staff is friendly and speaks some English.
I loved staying here so very much. I loved the beautiful views & the well kept garden. The staff were so very helpful. I have dietary requirements & they couldn't help me enough. This is a very beautiful place to stay. My room was comfortable & I loved the day bed on the Verandah. I loved listening to the River & looking at the beautiful Ricefields.
Stayed one night here and enjoyed the piece and quietness. I walk both to the Botanical Garden and the Ulun Danu temple. A fruit market is also close by. The owner helped me rent a scooter with a local guy which I had for 5 days driving around Munduk and Lovina. The food is really good and tasty! In the room you get a big bed and your own locker with a key. There are hot showers and many bathrooms just outside the dorm. The house dog had some 8 cute puppies when I was there and I got to cuddle with them a bit!
The whole territory is a hidden paradise, incredible place! Far from the main road, very quiet, nicely decorated rooms, comfy bed, great hot shower, very clean, great restaurant, nothing to complain about!
The location is special being so remote, with normal farming noises. It is near the lake and one can see beautiful sunrises/sunsets here. The facilities all worked and the bed/pillows were comfortable. We could walk to the temple at Ulun Batu Beratan, which took about ½ hr.
Exceptional value for money. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Lovely bedside tables and light. Good hot shower. The restaurant at the site has also very good food (even the Western food). The host arranged our pick-up from a nearby village to this p;ace. We rented a scooter here and drove around for the waterfalls & temple. Excellent location.
Everything was exceptional. We loved the room, the terrace view with nature (waking up with squirrels) and hills (btw we spot exactly zero mosquitos despite rainy season:)), restaurant food, the breakfast style, the restaurant view (you can see sunset as well), the heated big pool and the staff, who was really lovely and helpful and it felt like they actually meant it:) + the location is breathtaking as well, an absolut must for those who want to stay in nature and enjoy waterfalls nearby. Well be coming back hopefully:) 11/10, thank you!!
