We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning works perfectly, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the WiFi is fast.
The view from the window is amazing, overlooking the mountains, city, and sea, with a stunning sunset view. The neighborhood is quiet, with no noise at all.

Great localization for people who want's to visit old Town. Well equipped. Great place to see sunsets every evening. Beautiful viewes from the windows. Excelent contact with the owner.
All nice, clean apartment with all necessary amenities, private balcony and good ac. You would need a car or take Uber if need to go somewhere. Mosquito nets, blinds and quiet neighborhood for beautiful sleep. Shopping mall is app 1 km away. Host is very welcoming.
The hotel was very clean. The sun beds were comfy and the pool was very refreshing.
The bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfy.
The hotel staff were friendly, particularly Kate, who cooked us eggs for breakfast.
Unfortunately on the last day, I was unwell with heat stroke. Kate went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable.
A great escape from the daily hustle and bustle. A lovely host greeted us, recommended the best activities in Zadar, and suggested a delicious restaurant. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a large living room and a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare a delightful dinner. The terrace is amazing for both sunbathing and enjoying the sunset in the jacuzzi. We would definitely come again 🩷

Very comfortable hotel , there are restaurant as well, where You can taste delicious local foods, try lamb (their specialty), or Chevapi. Tasty deserts, great craft dark vest. Very good breakfast included. Air conditioneer works great, that important in beautiful but really hot climate of Croatia.Stuff guys were great - professional, careful and at the same time friendly and with good sense of humour. Definately recommend. :)
Ground floor room with entrance from the garden. Very elegant interior and bedroom equipment, good quality bedding, perfectly clean towels, full kitchen equipment. No microwave, but there was an electric heating plate and cooker hood. No mosquito nets on the window, but an electric mosquito fumigator available. Nice, flexible and open service. Very kind and helpful host and cool owner! Best view of the famous sunset without leaving the room or be in the crowd. Super interesting to watch large cruise ships dock and undock all from the convenience of your balcony dawn to dusk! 100% best apt in Zadar!
We loved the location of staying within the Old Town so close to restaurants, bars and attractions. The apartment was nicely decorated with a very comfortable large bed and a great large shower. The host was very friendly and informative. He suggested a restaurant (Martinac) that was actually our favourite of the whole 16 day trip throughout Croatia. The very famous Sea Organ and Salute to the Sun ( a must see) were only a 10 to 15 minute walk along the water. We also saw a magnificent sunset there.
