The whole place was just perfect, the hosts, the food, the location. We really felt like family and were lucky to be invited for dinner the first evening with the family and some friends from the neighborhood. The food was awesome and freshly made. Asa and her son Giorgi made us feel at home and were the best hosts you could ask for.
What's very nice is the veranda in front of the rooms where you can sit and enjoy the view over the mountains.
You can also have very nice hikes in the area.
Guesthouse had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, a hot shower, a bright room and a really nice garden. There is also a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own food.
Beautifully renovated guesthouse in the countryside of Martvili. Fresh fruit, farm animals and hammocks are waiting for you. Enjoy the evening with candle light and a beautifully lit garden. Your host is a pleasure to talk with and she will give you great advice about things to see in the area. She also gave us a memorable dinner address.
Family run friendly place. We had great and calm time. Hosts ensured everything is good and comfortable for us. There is kitchen and private bathroom. Big plus of the place are spacious garden with hammock and even bamboo. Also location is perfect. Not in centre but only minutes walk away from food places, supermarket Bumi and taxis.
I had a great stay here! I loved the garden and the hammocks. I even left the village and returned a few days later with a friend because I liked the location so much. The host was very friendly, generous and helpful. There are wonderful walks in the area to the river, or up the hill as well as close proximity to Martvili Canyon and other more challenging hikes to the waterfalls such as Oniore. I liked Martvili very much, it's a small low key town in a beautiful natural area.
