I stayed for a month in July. I can say for sure that it is the best accommodation in Batumi. It is very convenient because it is right in front of the beach, a large park, and a shopping mall. It is far from the old town, but it is more relaxed because it is away from the complex center. The sunset and the sea that I saw from the veranda every day were impressive. The owner is very responsive and very kind. I am grateful to the owner for providing me with a wonderful accommodation for a month.

The hotel is similar to the description! Everything was clean, cozy and as stated in the announcement. If you choose, the view from the window until sunset is a separate plus.

An ideal place to relax, an incredible view from the balcony, a deserted beach across the road, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, very comfortable beds and of course a wonderful terrace with a pool and a bar for watching the sunset.
