This was our second visit and we were still so impressed. Such a lovely peaceful place. Everything was so clean and tidy, even though it rained we still had the best weekend.

Peaceful
Left to our own privacy
There wasn’t anyone staying when we were there so we had the horsebox bathroom to ourselves - it had been beautifully renovated and so clean
It was a very wet few days and the tent stayed very dry
Beautiful apple orchard location
Quick drive to the town
Hosts were very kind and accommodating

Remote location in the middle of fields on a working farm, spacious yurt with standalone outdoor kitchen facilities and standalone shower & toilet - working well. Well equipped, cute details (such as local biscuits or cider provided, slippers, robes...) Lovely owner. Plenty wildlife around and friendly cats. The walk to yurt takes few minutes and is nice in good weather which we were lucky enough to have, also conveniently they provided wheelbarrow to put our luggage onto so we don't have to carry everything.

Living the outdoor life, with my daughter and granddaughter . my granddaughter thought this was amazing. We foraged wood and kindling , lit the log fire outside and toasted mallows under the stars. Lots of games to keep her entertained . The compost toilet was a new experience but again she loved it. Beds were comfortable and we were warm.

Great find for our weekend trip. Lovely hosts and in a quiet location but close to Exeter. We made use of the pizza oven and fire pit which made for a great summer’s evening.

Sarah was really helpful and all the extra she supplied. The cows were very friendly and came for a chat on an evening.
The bed was very comfy and to have a shower in a horse box, was a first.
The peace and tranquility was amazing. Wonderful times, from our family for a 60th birthday present for my husband and I.
For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
What a beautiful location and set up, cherry tree safari lodge and Riverwood Glamping site was fabulous! Peaceful and relaxing. The safari tent was out of this world and the hot tub is an added luxury.
We had a lovely break at Riverwood farm Glamping. We booked both the Safari Tent and the Shepherd's Hut. Jo met us on arrival and was lovely. It was lovely to have the space to ourselves as we are a big family. We made use of the hot tub, fire pit and barbecue. The Hot tub at the Shepherd's hut heats up quicker. Everything we needed was there including a nice touch of a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. The beds were lovely and comfy and everything was lovely and clean x
We loved that the children could play safely where the safari tent was placed. The tent was warmer than expected and the beds were super comfy. The tent was well kitted out with everything you needed.
we had a wonderful couple of days in the hut. So relaxing and a fab break from it all. Jo is an incredibly thoughtful and helpful host - from meeting us earlier than scheduled check in time, to starting the hot tub so it was warming up for our arrival, to the bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. So much space and great for the dogs. Only a shame the weather couldn’t have been better so we could have relaxed on the hammock! Could easily have spent much more time there.
Definitely NOT camping - far too luxurious! The safari tent has all the modern home comforts you need yet you can enjoy the feeling of living under canvas - just perfect
Beautiful quiet woodland location, comfortable beds and lovely quirky safari tent. Perfect total body relaxation in the Swedish hot tub and relaxing by the fire pit
