This is indeed a luxury yurt! It had everything we wanted and more. In particular, the bedding was super comfy!
We stayed for 7 nights during late May and used the hot tub for 6 of those and the braai for 5. We used the internal fire for 1 night when it was cooler (following rainy weather) and the yurt was toasty. The compost toilet was very beneficial; and the shared bathroom was always clean and had availability (even during half term holidays).
The site itself was beautiful and the camping community, including owners Gail and Amy, were lovely!
Great value for a longer stay and would absolutely return.

The hut was very clean. Lovely spacious, comfortable bed. everything you need for a glamping weekend . My granddaughter loved feeding the chickens and sheep .Lots to do in the surrounding area and not far from Manchester. Everything! The property was brilliant! Amazing location, very good appliances, cooked breakfast and dinner in the Shepard’s hut and had no problems! The hot is definitely the highlight for me and my partner, it was freezing outside but the hot was hot and kept us very warm, spent over 2 hours init each night!

The owners had thought about everything to make our stay perfect; even down to sleep masks in the bedside drawers. There were several welcome items which were a lovely touch as well as bath robes for the adults. The communication was excellent. Despite us arriving later than planned, we had a phone call from the owner to warn us of local flooding on route and again on arrival to explain everything. The facilities were spotless.
