We arrived late and the instructions received prior to the day of arrival were extremely thorough which massively helped. The hut was incredibly welcoming and luckily the weather was pleasant at times, allowing us to enjoy walking around the farm and to use the outside table. However, when the rain came we were extremely content in the hut, looking out the window. A lovely booklet was waiting for us upon arrival with useful information and everything was clean and set up ready to go. The bathroom was impressive, a lovely warm shower! The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt incredibly welcome and really enjoyed the unique experience. The hut was a great base for us to go on day trips and explore. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return!

Spacious tents well equipped. Beds as comfy as can be expected. Had a great night's sleep despite wind and rain overnight. Everything v securely pitched.
Great kitchen / seating areas. Running cold water to sinks. Field loos v clean. Didn't try the showers, but they looked fab 😍

The owners of Rockleigh Place are exceptional, friendly and helpful. From the start to the end, they make sure everything runs smoothly. They also cook your chosen breakfast every morning (you simply fill a form with what you want the day before). The room was clean too. You can also admire the sea view from the veranda on the first floor.
Lovely welcome from Rob and Cath with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and fresh flowers provided.
Constant hot water, a good powerful shower and towels along with heating that came on automatically when the temperature dropped below 20 in the evening were excellent.
The whole apartment was well equipped, comfortable and practical.
The lovely garden was a great bonus with lovely views and sun beds and chairs set out ready to flop onto after daily excursions.
Beautiful gardens to walk around and the challet was lovely . Lovely hot shower and good heating . Maybe some more lighting around the gardens for the evenings. Can't wait to stay again
The staff were welcoming and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities were lovely and was nice to be able.to use the pool and watch the sunset at the same time. The food was exceptional... absolutely amazing.
