The house has so much space and bedroom options for large groups and families lots of flexibility. Lots of hot water and towels provided. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. The village has some very good dining options notably the Indian takeaway and The Letterbox. We really enjoyed the folk museum and nearby animal wildlife park

This was a perfect place for a solo stay, a well equipped comfy little pod. I loved the layout with the bed nook and small sofa with blanket for sitting around. It felt nice and private as although it was in the owner’s garden it was out of the way. Everything I needed for meals - tableware, cutlery, fridge, kettle, microwave. Snug and cozy when the heating was on. Great location just off the A9 but felt more remote. Easy access to Highland Wildlife Park, Aviemore and surrounding area.

Ideal for a group of 4 - was really nice communal area to hang out in together. Location was ideal for wildlife park and Zip Trek which are both brilliant!

Self-contained self-catered Lodge with easy access to places to visit. We went on a walk on one of the days straight from the lodge. Great to see wildlife so close in nature. Has the basics what you need. Bed was comfy.

Well-budgeted and -situated option for a Cairngorms trip. Staff are friendly, there's plenty of space, the rooms are well-equipped and cosy, and the hotel is close to a bunch of solid nearby attractions like the Highland Folk Museum or the Wildlife safari. The fact that it was dog friendly was also a big bonus.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was suitably located for visiting the main attractions we were interested in...Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark Forest Adventure Park and Cairngorm Alpacas. Also liked the location as it enabled us to walk around the village each evening after our days out.

Location was incredibly beautiful. Close proximity to river Spey and Centre of Scotland marker. Idyllic walks and lots of wildlife. Very in-depth information guide for everything we could need to know for our stay at the property as well as what was available in the local area.
