Living the outdoor life, with my daughter and granddaughter . my granddaughter thought this was amazing. We foraged wood and kindling , lit the log fire outside and toasted mallows under the stars. Lots of games to keep her entertained . The compost toilet was a new experience but again she loved it. Beds were comfortable and we were warm.

We loved it there it was a fabulous weekend it was just a shame our puppy had an injury on the Thursday and operation the next day .
We rushed down Friday and were not able to do all we planned due to her injury to her foot

Amazing place. Jo, the host was exceptional. The wood burner was lit, the hot tub was hot and ready to use when we arrived. The place and lighting magical. Peace and tranquillity. Wow ! What a fantastic cozy camping location with fantastic facilities. The site was extremely well maintained and exceptionally clean, the owners have thought of everything even down to tin foil and a pepper mill. We loved the use of the hottub and the skittles alley was a huge hit with my children as were the goats ! We will absolutely be returning and next time hope to bring friends with us. The weather was glorious so the addition of the fire pits were a nice touch for toasting marshmallows while sat under the stars playing cards.
