Own front door. Parking close to room. Table and chairs for us outside our room in a long veranda, great for enjoying the evening and having our picnic breakfast. Peaceful pub garden to eat in. The restaurant looked lovely though we didn't use it on this occasion. Would love to use the campsite next time. Beautiful pub dog (Crumble) came to say hello, so well behaved, made our day.

Very nice lodge on a working farm situated on it's own plot, with veranda and garden area. Went to see and stroke the donkeys and just visited from a distance the new arrivals, Alpacas, they are so cute. We went out for a meal to The Queen Inn 2.4 miles away, missed out as we only went on our last day, very worth a visit.

Breakfast was amazing. Very comfy bed, hot shower and friendly staff. If you don't have housekeeping do your room one day then they'll give you a £5 voucher for the bar, which I thought was very generous.

Good location, overlooking beautiful fields. Lovely decor in room...we were kindly upgraded to a suite which was spacious and much appreciated. Lovely fluffy towels and robes and slippers provided. Fabulous hot shower area. Breakfast was served to order, with a good choice of hot and cold food. Nice terrace outside if the sun shines.

I’m not sure the pictures do it justice- the tents are perfect - so well kept , cozy and all of the details have been thought through . The beds are really comfortable with lovely big duvets - well equipped kitchen , bathroom and wood burner gets the place lovely and toasty . Catherine gave us a lovely welcome - we had the best stay

Lovely stay, very friendly and helpful, clean and large room, hot shower and tasty breakfast. Left something in my room and they sent it first class, I receive it back 2 days later. Very much appreciated.

A little dated in the rooms, but that didn't bother us. Nice and clean, good size to good size bathroom with a hot shower, decent breakfast staff friendly and dressed smart, parking included

Very comfortable room. Good facilties, Bed was comfortable, hot shower, tea & coffee making facilities. Owners requested other guests to respect hours of privacy between 2200 & 0800 by keeping noise levels down & not to slam doors. I thought this was very considerate. Very friendly staff at check in.

The Safari tents were clean and had everything that you would get in a caravan or a hotel room. The beds were homely and comfortable and the kitchenette had all appliances you would need such as fridge/freezer, microwave, hob.
