The host was very helpful and responsive - we arrived earlier than the expected but he still managed to be there. He also shared information about surrounding facilities and warmly welcome us. The room is big enough, with a nice big window to enjoy the sunset. If there's northern light, it should be able to see (but not us this time)

Everything was perfect. Mina was super welcoming - she was already waiting for us when we arrived the apartment. Convenient location - a few minutes walk to the supermarket, malls, and museums. The apartment was new, clean and comfy. Especially love the balcony where you can watch both sunrise and sunset! Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for other travelers!

The location of this property is so beautiful!Although that we were unlucky with Northern lights, sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Igloo is very little (as expected), but it’s cozy and clean, and the views from it are beautiful. Also very nice the sauna/jacuzzi (although you have to pay extra) and the possibility of going into the cold water in the frozen lake. We also enjoyed our walks on the frozen lake

Kelly, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The sauna, which is in the home of the owner(s) is nice, so is the bbq hut. The location is ok - nice to be in the nature, at the lake. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see my wildlife

The cabin has an idylic location in the splendid nordic wilderness enviroment, just 10-15 mins from Rovaniemi city center by car. Although very small, it offers a good level of comfort. The fire pit and the finnish hot tub outside offer an amazing and unique experience.

The location was perfect to watch a beautiful sunset and to sleep under a full moon night. We really loved walking on the frozen lake and exploring around.

The room is very modern and very cosy. There was a nice sauna available. The island is small but very magical! Great sun rise and sunsets! The staff was very helpful and always available for questions.

The hotel is much over our expectations. The cottage is spacious, and is very comfortable. It is equipped with kitchen and even a sauna. The room is very warm in the cold winter. The Santa Claus Village is just beside the hotel. It is so convenient to explore various restaurants and shops. We also joined some safari activities booked by hotel. The hotel and the village are so romantic with snow and lightning. We really love the hotel. We recommend it to all the families especially with children.

Incredible experience in the snow and seeing Santa. A really special place and very friendly people. The sauna in the bathroom was such a surprise and the food was excellent. Slightly expensive but the convenience and magic made it worth it. Wish we could have travelled into the wilderness a bit more. Christmas House Safari's were very fun and welcoming.
