First of all, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner was extremely accommodating. He helped organizing our tours and made sure everything was okay. He even drove us personally (and free of charge) to the river bank so we could enjoy dinner there. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Nice rooms with AC working perfectly. We enjoyed a sunset in their small jaccuzzi, which was lovely. Lastly, the food was delicious.

Located in the village with peaceful environment and awesome neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staffs. The room is clean. The roof top sunset view is spectacular. The owner can help to arrange car for tour, booking hot air balloon and felucca ride with reasonable price. Exceptional good experience, most comfortable and peaceful place to stay for me in egypt

Hotel staff and cleanliness were on spot, the location is on the island in the middle of the Nile, a bit further from Luxor downtown so if you are looking for a place to make a getaway from the noise and the city then this is a perfect place for you. The island is so green and the garden and landscaping is amazing, one of the most beautiful sunsets i have seen on the Nile so far. There were 3 amazing pools, lush greenery, spacious rooms and kind and helpful staff.

We are so happy to stay in this hotel. Kids enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. The location is good, walking distance to Luxor temple. Rooms are clean and big. The balcony adds more enjoyment to watch sunset on the Nile river. The staff were very friendly and they even upgraded our rooms to seaview. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Very comfortable and enjoyable guesthouse on the west bank of Luxor. Small pool to get refreshed and delicious food available on demand. The owner will organise transfers and tours, I recommend the tour boat to some the banana island where you can swim at sunset.

We had a 2 room apartment with en-suite in each room and balcony overlooking lovely garden. Nicely furnished, very clean with comfortable beds and air conditioner worked well. Shared roof terrace great for sunsets and star gazing. Location a street from Nile and Water taxis from West Bank to East Bank. Short taxi ride to Valley of the Kings/Queens and many other temples, monuments, workers and nobles village sites.

The property is new and has all amenities for stay! We had booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4! Mohamed and Ibrahim are great hosts and they are always at your service! At times, can be overwhelming 🙃 but still all okay! We didnt book any trips with them as we had already prearranged everything via a friend. But they still took us to complimentary sunset in desert! The swimming pool is quite nice too chill in the evening and the pier is 10-12 mins walk and easy to get to east side.

Unfortunately i stayed only a very short time, so didn't have a change to discover all the facilities that the property offers, however, what I've experienced was enough to come up with my conclusion. The biggest highlight according to me is the infinity swimming pool that offers a spectacular view of Nile, wilderness and sunset. That really worth the experience. I also enjoyed living in the villas with direct access to the garden. Very pleasant atmosphere and definitely a great choice for any traveler or family.

The grounds, the staff always available, the amazing view on the Nile and the Theban hills at sunset, the pool. The buffet breakfast was very good quality with large choice. The clientele was pleasant. The staff was really attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay extra special- from upgrading our room to arranging a transfer for us at very little notice and after working hours. The pool is well managed, towels available and drinks / food to sun beds.
