Amazing helpfull staff. Very comfortable and clean room with nice beds and a hot shower. The location is beautiful but there not really anything close to the accomodation. Would definitly stay here again.
Everything! Aracely was an incredible host! Very thoughtful and more than accommodating. Incredibly helpful with organising and giving information on visiting Catopaxi at a very reasonable price! Good Wi-Fi and hot showers! Friendly dogs. Location is really nice especially with the friendly locals and views of surrounding mountains. Could not recommend enough, you are treated like a member of the family.
Acereli was an incredibly attentive host, she spoke good English and helped explain the options for visiting Cotopaxi volcano and organised a tour for us. She also gave us coca tea each morning to help with the altitude! The room was very cosy with blankets and a hot shower.

the cottages were lovely and great for photos. the place is very peaceful and the service was great. The ponchos provided and Canelita drink.
the staff also gave us a thermo with hot water for our baby. good linens, towels and hot shower.
