Cute area with a few tents (note the view is nothing special). Facilities include bathroom with shower, sink/running water, and fridge. They provided some coffee for the morning. Not too difficult to find. Wifi was OK. Location close to Poas so ideal for an early start.
For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
The place is beautiful, we had one of the rooms which overlook the pool area and I would definitely recommend getting one of these as the view is great. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful and we loved having a dip, it is a great space to look at the birds and the sunset. The grounds were well kept and looked gorgeous. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and generous.
We had a great stay. The family that hosted us is fabulous, very helpful and kind. The place super comfortable, even hot water:) we could use the garden and there is a terrace that has amazing views to enjoy sunrise and sunsets ! Many trees with fruits and flowers, just beautiful place!
Large, clean room with a hot shower. The host was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and gallo pinto with coffee, fruit teas and orange juice. We couldn't fault the place!
Great location, nice communal terrace and garden. Free coffee and tea, roomy dorm room with big closets, hot shower! Little refrigerator for guests, possible to do laundry here.
