For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
Great location as a base to explore the coast.Great breakfast ..good choice . Great hosting and local info ...close to eateries and great view over the bay .....and the wonderful sunsets.
The view and surrounding area of the property was amazing. Nigel was very informative and welcoming during the course of our stay! We stayed in the sunset suite where we had our own pool table, BBQ and access to a hot tub and kayaks - which was great!
There was a small kitchen which was all we needed.
Our room was cozy nice ,comfortable bed ,good hot shower.
We had a nice outdoor seating area,to have coffee in the morning sun.
View out over the inlet, lots of sea planes.
Area was quiet, safe, and beautiful flowers all around the house.
Hosts were lovely,very accommadating
Loved the location right by the pier! Watched the sunset from the balcony every night! Staff were lovely and it was great that it was dog friendly as I could bring my pups on the adventure. Joe's on the beach restaurant that is attached is great too and allowed us to bring our dogs to sit on the outside of the patio..
The location was great for the sunset at Davis bay, across the road from the Pier.
Nicky at reception was very informative places to eat. The room was nice, bed comfortable.
Heidi was a very helpful host. The room was spacious with a patio looking out to the ocean with a great view of the sunsets. There are bus stops just outside the property, with buses running to Sechelt in one direction, and Gibsons and the Langdale ferry in the other.
The property is in a great location, and the balcony has stunning views of the ocean and is perfect to watch the sunset.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was great!!
