We loved the room so spacious, and the hotel was also super clean! They offered a free shuttle service to places which is great! The food in the cafe risen was lovely and so convenient being downstairs! Plenty of lifts and the roof top pool and gym, there wasn't much more you would've needed. Plus room service was super easy you just scanned a QR code and selected to get things sent straight to your room! They helped us book onto our desert safari trip which was super fun!
Great location, everything close by. There is a café in the ground floor and a supermarket opposite the hotel. We took the metro train and bus to commute which are located within walking distance. Other day trips can be arranged very easily from the tour guide who is at the reception area. We booked a boat trip and a red dunes Safari desert trip which shouldn’t be missed when visiting Dubai. I will definitely stay here again when I come next time
We highly appreciated the remarkable services of the followings:our friend Mournee, always prompt to serve us, hellen ,her welcomed smile during our breakfast time, lay lay the way she cleaned our room. We could distinguished her touch from others. Finally, Mrs Massoud with the safari desert without forgetting the driver he gave us that special day. These people will make us come back to hue boutique hotel.

Brilliant staff, very clean, kitchen staff were accommodating to our special meals of Jain and Vegan.

Everything was as expected/advertised : clean and spacious apartment, good location, easy access to interes points, nice view from the 16th floor and a very professional staff. I am ashamed that I cannot remember all the name, but many thanks to Manik, Amish and Bilal. Also worth to mention Inga, who arranged for us an amazing safari desert. Thank you Royal Regency team !
This place is amazing, quiet and perfect if are looking for the calm from desert avoiding shopping and noise of city. You can see a sunset everyday and relax.
The breakfast is superb with a good variety of fruits and food.
I use a SPA that was wonderful experience.
Very spacious room with modern bathroom, walk in shower, smart TV and large cupboard space. We were on the 5th floor which had a massage centre and swimming pool. The breakfast was nice, great coffee and you can order eggs how you like them. you can book activities such as theme parks and desert safaris in the lobby. Location was good, about 10 mins taxi to Dubai mall which costs £5-£8 depending on traffic and around 15-20 mins from the airport. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we felt it was good value for money.
Clean, tidy, quick response system and very friendly customer service. They also arranged a yacht tour and desert safari for me and my girlfriend. Perfect hosts couldn’t have asked for a better one. You can ask them everything. The yacht tour and desert safari was outstanding as well!
Room excellent with a very comfortable bed. Although we visited Dubai during COP28 there weren't that many guests so we have plenty of access to sun beds at the superb rooftop pool and at the beach. Sunset on the rooftop bar, with cocktails, was a regular and enjoyable option for us.
