It is spacious, well equipped to be a home away from home with great natural lighting and is maintained in excellent condition. It is very clean and great for anyone who suffers from dust,smoke or mold allergies. The location is terrific for getting into the historic quarter quickly. Loved the overall aesthetic, plus all the cute & also luxury touches. The home was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. The screened in porch was lovely! Location was far enough away from the business, but still walkable to wear we wanted to go (about 20 minutes).

The house interior and furnishings were very practical and comfortable. It was nicely appointed and totally functional. We appreciated that shelves, etc. were marked as to what went where so that it was easy to find dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. Very clean for our arrival! Smooth access to enter. Loved that the yard was fenced in entirely when the driveway gate was secured; perfect for our small dog. Our initial response in searching for this rental was "oh, cute little place!" and we were not disappointed.
