Breakfast is every day a surprise, prepared with fresh ingredients and creativity.

Also, thoughtful little details, like the excellent Big Island travel guidebook in the cabin. Also, the filtered rainwater was delicious!

We had the pleasure of meeting Ricky and his family. Ricky and Irina are born hosts, with the right touch of humor. Breakfast was a real treat every day. Ricky is a very good chef. We were also able to benefit from the best insider tips. This enabled us to explore Kona perfectly. Our time with Ricky was great. Should we return to Kona, we will definitely book the Hale Hualalai and maybe have a drum session with Ricky :)
