My stay at the Hotel Berne was great, staff were helpful and so kind! Food at the restaurant was delicious!!!! The hostel is immaculate, very presentable and more like a hotel than any hostel I've stayed in previously. The facilities are excellent, the room was very light and airy, with a beautiful private bathroom. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the whole place is so fresh and new. I had a wonderful stay there without any disturbance. The staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough to help. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Seia.

Quinta Lourena is a hidden gem! A little oasis hidden south of Guarda. This quinta hotel is ideal for a retreat away from distractions and stress. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, the pool is perfect, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and the host is very welcoming and lovely including Lourena the cat which is the princess of this cherry Quinta. We stayed only one night because we were traveling, but this place is ideal for at least 3 days as a retreat.
