Located in Madalena, Casa-do-Mar features accommodation with seating area. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Great 4 night stay for 2 couples spending 3 weeks in the Azores. A little tricky to find using Google maps. Ample parking, once we found it!! Easy walk to town along the ocean. Large grocery store and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed use of the kitchen for a couple simple dinners.

Located in Lajes do Pico, Engenho Hostel features free WiFi. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. Very nice location, one of the best in Pico, in my opinion. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice view over the ocean :) The house is very clean and equipped with the basics one might need. The communication was very good, at all times there was a phone number available. And the bonus: books! Books everywhere!! Loved this place so much!

Gorgeous views from a very tasteful apartment. So fun to have a wine tasting and tour then just walk back to the apartment. Highly recommend having dinner on site. Fantastic dining experience.

All details were thought to the last detail. Lush gardens. The owners were extremely kind and provided tips about walking/hiking tips, gave restaurant suggestions etc. All guests had breakfast around one big table. This made the place to feel like home, people to discuss and make new friends. Wonderful experience! Remember to visit the lovely ceramic studio next to the O Zimbreiro, run by a family member. Warmly recommended!

Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Beautiful place to stay if you're visiting Pico, clean and comfortable room. Brings to a close experience with nature. Looking and hearing the cows outside was a nice natural and relaxing touch. Smooth check-in and Didi was super nice and hospitable.
