Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

Highly recommend and would be great to come back one day!

The owners build this place with love and you can just see and feel that they pour their heart every day to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.

The Azores are such a safe place you don't even have to bother if the main gate or the door is closed at night: It isn't. Beautifully maintained and comfortable rooms with everything you can wish for. Ana is very welcoming anf helpful. The breakfast basket I got because I had to take the early ferry was perfect. Whish i could have staid longer.

And Jerry’s art is something I wish I’d had more time to enjoy.
