I was travelling solo and always felt safe and Heather and Maria were outstanding hosts, even packed me a lunch for my drive to the airport!

When we arrived, we were right away greeted by a smiling Ricardo. He made us feel welcome. The young man at the front desk- Pedro - helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. The next morning, the kitchen staff asked us if we wohud like fried eggs - and made them specially for us - as we wanted them. The place was quiet and also close to town by car. The beaches were amazing!

Boasting pool views, Herdade da Maceira provides accommodation with a rooftop pool, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 24 km from Sao Clemente Fort. I absolutely loved my stay here. Gisella was so friendly and welcoming, our room was lovely and very cozy. My dog had the best time as she was able to be off leash. It was 1000% the relaxing break we needed and I have already recommended the place to my friends. I absolutely plan to stay here again in the future 💖
