We found the hotel on a whim for a one night getaway and booked it only an hour and a half before arriving in the evening. The hotel was super responsive, helpful, polite and has everything you needed. The staff was fantastic, food was great, location beautiful and convenient and facilities are great. It’s an excellent price point so we’re giving it a very high rating. The restaurant is fantastic too!

Situated in Coimbra, 4.4 km from Portugal dos Pequenitos, Granja da Cabrita features accommodation with an infinity pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. Travelling with kids this accommodation was perfect for us. Pool, playground and animals (sheep, goats), nice and well equipped community kitchen, baby chair, cot, spacious rooms with balcony, everything very clean and luxorious. We are two families and had both upstairs apartments which was very nice. Parking lot is spaceous. By car it's just a few minutes to Coimbra and less than two hours to Porto or the vineyards, beach is a 40 mins drive. We will definately come back!

We were greeted warmly after parking in front of the easily accessible, secure, free parking in front of the hotel. Our stay at this well located and beautifully restored home of a revered Viseu teacher/archaeologist has been a highlight of our travels around Portugal. This is a family owned and run hotel and pride of ownership is clearly evident. The family was so gracious and kind and we learned so much about life in this region from them. The lovely, spacious room and large bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Our stay was perfect and we look forward to returning!

Mercure ligger i Fátima, under 400 meter fra Nossa Senhora de Fátima-basilikaen og 400 meter fra Capelinha das Aparições. This is our second visit to Fatima. The Mercure in Fatima did not exist when we visited over ten years ago and we are so pleased that this hotel is now a lodging choice for pilgrims. It is clean, bright, has large rooms and is located adjacent to the pilgrimage site. Diana, the multi-lingual manager, was exceptionally attentive, going out of he way to assist us.
