Overall the experience was spectacular...but what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff there...it was outstanding... they make you so feel at home with their amicable approach to help with anything, be it small or big..i would always recommend jumeirah muscat bay as one of the top notch hotels in muscat dnd would always be my number one priority....special thanks to the staff Mia and Neeraj for being so kind to us.

The trip to the resort is a nice adventure. I definitely recommend arriving in daylight, but the journey is not difficult. Amazing and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are included in the price, which was very nice. Thank you for this unforgettable stay in Oman near the beautiful Wadi.

The reception area is stunning. I appreciated the following: 1) the conceiges were polite and professional. I appreciated the day private boat trip to the Dimaniyat Islands, they arranged for me to go snorkeling. 2) Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful 3) I highly recommend the Omani chicken kabuli and jarjeer salad, as well as the seafood pizza (it is the best I have ever eaten!) from in-room dining. 4) The room and shower were spacious and clean. 5) The breakfast was great, with a wide variety.

Set against the Al Hajar mountains overlooking the Sea of Oman, this 5-star luxury resort offers a unique palace experience, showcasing the art of Omani hospitality. Everything was awesome, the hotel lobby is astonishing, facilities incredible clean, loved the infinity pool (were you can stay until very late in the evening) and also loved the room lightning system; the food, both the breakfast and dinner buffet were almost haute cusine/fine dining, not to mention the food in the Pavilion restaurant. Also the food at the pool bar was very good with lovely staff. All the staff was very attentive and well trained. My son was very happy to discover that on the beach, at low tide, there were very deep tide pools where he found lots of marine creatures and live beautiful corals. You can feel only good vibes allover this place.

Room was comfortable, staff was super helpful and hospitable, and free transfer to and from airport was very valuable. Ideal option for spending the night in transit between flights
