The service is simply amazing, they are so friendly and attentive. Delicious dinner and breakfast, which is rare in the desert.

The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. The property was built in 2023 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a ski equipment rental service is also available. Excellent location in the dunes- away from other camps and no light pollution. Desert Stars Camp is offering accommodation in Bidiyah. Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Wonderful secluded desert camp where you can watch the sunset, sunrise, moon and milky way in peace. I saw my first ever sitting star here! The location is well away from other camps and it is very discreet. (On the drive in, you will see other camps very close to the road, don't book those) Dinner and breakfast were delicious and our fussy children found the food excellent. We took the additional options of a 4WD transfer in and a sunset camel ride. We count ourselves lucky to have the camp to ourselves for the night, as we booked a Monday evening. The camp manager is very attentive.

Nomad inn Tiwi in Ḩillat al Ḩişn provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. The accommodation provides room service and luggage storage space for guests.

At the accommodation, each room is equipped with air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The stay at Normad Inn was absolutely amazing. Farhan was extremely communicative via WhatsApp even before our arrival and welcomed us warmly and thoughtfully. They assisted with our luggage, and the check-in process was seamless. The cozy space was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. They offered a home-cooked Indian dinner for 6 OMR per person, and the food was incredibly delicious. Breakfast was also great, though not an Omani breakfast, it was still very tasty. Farhan and the staff truly made our one-night stay special. The location, surrounded by nature, is beautiful, and Farhan provided excellent recommendations for hidden gem spots. Thank you, Farhan, for the outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended.

At the campground, all units are equipped with a patio. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and bathrobes, while certain rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette. At the campground, all units have bed linen and towels. very helpful staff with helping us getting to the meeting point (our car was stuck in the sand as we got lost along the way in the dark). the dome was exceptional, overlooking the sunrise with very well decorated furnitures.

We booked the pick up /drop off for 5rial each way( per car) from Badiya where we parked the car overnight. The drive was fun 2. Love the traditional tent on the stilts. Our tent is big and shower/ toilet work perfect ( amazed with good water pressure!) the balcony is really nice to relax. Bed and blankets are very comfortable. 3. Sand dunes all around easy to walk for sunset and sunrise 4. Food is delicious both dinner and free breakfast. Water/tea/coffee are free 5. Staff is friendly and owner Salim even gave me a small gift before we left. 6. You can pay either cash or credit card

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Mr. Rashid is an excellent host, very friendly, a great service mind. The location is surreal in the middle of desert, a bit far from other camps which means you have all the privacy you need. The dinner and breakfast was quite delicious. We highly recommend this desert camp and hoping to revisit again.

From the moment we walked into Salem’s guesthouse we knew we had chosen the right place to stay in Al Hadd. It’s such a cute, clean guest house oozing with character and charm. Salem welcomed us with tea, coffee and fruit and we chatted before he showed us our lovely room. I spontaneously decided to do the horse riding at the lagoon at sunset and Salem was happy to take me there, it was amazing! We enjoyed fabulous food together with Salem and the other guests, it was such a homey and relaxed atmosphere. As someone who is not good at relaxing, it’s hard not to relax and feel at home at Salem’s guest house! To top off an amazing stay, Salem took us out on his boat in the morning where we saw dolphins, turtles and snorkelled with hundreds of fish. Salem also took us to the best juice / coffee shop in town, not to mention the super magical experience of releasing baby turtles into the sea. Salem is the best host and you absolutely must stay here when visiting Al Hadd!
