Set in La Spezia, within 2 km of Castello San Giorgio and 2.6 km of Amedeo Lia Museum, Millstone House offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. This place was 35 mins away from the train station by walking. You can use the bus but it may be easier to come by driving. The best thing about this stay is kindness of our host. He gave us a ride to the train station anytime we need.

It's the best option to stay with the family in the city center. The hotel location is close to almost everything: beaches, restaurants, markets, big city parking, vinestores e.t.c. Despite of locating in the city center, you won't be disturbed by music and noise from the bars or night clubs. The hotel staff are exceptional, very friendly and always ready to help you with any questions.

We arrived and got our luggage put to the room and the car parked. Check-in was quick. Friendly staff and our standard room had a little balcony with view on pool and beach. The room was clean, even sealed after cleaning and désinfection. The pool restaurant offered a good selection of Italian and international dishes, even 2 pizzas to choose. The view is stunning and service on a high standard. We felt very welcome. The dinner we took in town, all easy to reach walking along the shore. Next time we take the dinner also in the restaurant because of the view and high standard service with tasty food. We will come back! Thank you
