Excellent hotel. All of the staff (from reception to housekeeping, restaurant, bar and wellness) was very kind and hard working, they did a phenomonal job. The hotel itself has been terrific. Great room (parking lot side), very comfortable, no noise, clean, good climate control. Food was on par as well, couldn't wish for anything else. The same goes for the wellness. To have private access to the balaton lake was an amazing bonus.

The guest-centric and family-friendly hotel is located in the centre of Zalakaros, right next to Zalakaros Thermal and Medicinal Spa. Lovely, place. Super Staff, Borbas Szolt is one of the nicest people i’ve met ever at a hotel. He really made sure we had all we needed. He organized lunch, early check in etc etc.

Offering a free indoor pool and a free spa centre, Hotel Zena Beauty & Shopping Center is situated in Hévíz, 600 metres from Thermal Lake Heviz. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.
