We stayed in the giraffe room. It was very nice and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the lake. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the zoo, and we had the tickets to the zoo included in the price of the room. The staff was really friendly and nice. It was a great experience, and we will definitely come back.

We were walking wearing our white socks, which stayed white, so the floor was super clean. The helpful host, was able to check us in on time, even though we booked the apartment 1 hour before arriving. She recommended some great places to have dinner in. Also, sound isolation was quite good, we didn't hear any neighbours. We had a great experience overall, thank you for that.
