Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. The location was very good, easy to walk about the village. Parking was behind the hotel on site. Breakfast was excellent, a full Scottish breakfast as well as toast, fruit, yogourt etc. Served in bright dining room. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Wifi was good and friendly service.

Set in Pitlochry and only 23 km from Castle Menzies, The Poplars Guest House offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was one of the most wonderful places of our trip. The location is wonderful, the village is very nice and lovely. We had a great walk and dinner. The host was super nice, gave advice for the walk and dinner. The room was small but very very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. With kettle, tea, coffee. We rested for a while in the guest lounge with a beautiful view of the sunset. Everything was perfect. And the breakfast topped it off, we had a wonderful freshly made, delicious Scottish breakfast like never before. It's a perfect romantic place for couples. I wish we could come back again.
