This was an impeccable hotel with a very clean room and a wonderful restaurant. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view is fabulous. It would be a little out of the way if you don't have a car and wish to go out to the town for shopping or dinner. I had a car so that was not an issue for me.

Offering sea views, Angusfield Cabins is an accommodation located in Sconser, 35 km from Kyle of Lochalsh and 49 km from Eilean Donan Castle. The property is excellent! Beautiful location, right on the water. The cabin is small, but thoughtfully designed and appointed to maximize space and utility. The decor was simple and tasteful. Everything you need is provided, including a laundry room, and the cabin was very clean. There are nice extras, such as slippers and biscuits as well - nice touch! Would happily stay there again!

Located in Ullinish, 19 km from Dunvegan Castle, Ullinish House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a shared lounge. The property features sea and mountain views.... Despite concerns with the size of the sea view window, the accommodation was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a perfect atmosphere and is in a quiet, remote, but romantic place. We would have stayed there longer.

Set in Culnacnoc in the Isle of Skye region, Lealt Falls Apartment features a garden. This apartment offers free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. We really enjoyed our stay at Lealt Falls. The apartment was bigger than we expected, it had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The property is beautifully located right at the edge of a cliff giving you amazing views of the sea. It is quite secluded so you can enjoy peace and quiet. Having said that, the nearest grocery store is about 20 min drive so make sure you buy everything you need before arriving there.

Offering a garden and garden view, Bracadale House is set in Port na Long, 1.5 km from Fiskavaig Bay Beach and 42 km from Dunvegan Castle. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Good recommendations provided for food and sightseeing by host, along with what times are best for both to avoid crunch of crowds.

Set in Elgol and only 38 km from Kyle of Lochalsh, Stunning 1-Bed tiny home in Isle of Skye offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I always go to Skye for my birthday for a few days and had never been to the Elgol part of the island. I know the island and the climate quite well so was expecting pretty much anything and everything. I booked this because of the view and it absolutely did not disappoint! The day of my birthday was gloriously sunny and I sat with a lovely glass of chilled champagne, looking at that view in the afternoon. It is absolutely idyllic and even the word perfect isn't good enough. The bed was so comfortable I slept a FULL 8 hours uninterrupted and then had coffee in bed with that view too. The shower was fabulous and the towels were spot on. The little toilet with the ever-so-cute wash hand basin was like stepping into a little bit of Hobbiton haha. So quirky and wonderful. Dishwasher was handy on the last day when you are rushing to check out The day after my birthday was quite stormy so lighting the fire and enjoying the rest of my champagne in the cosy atmospheric cabin was just absolutely perfect. Sunshine or storm I couldn't fault any part of it. The finishing bit of "polish" on the whole thing was the little hip flask of whisky which I suspect was Talisker (which I happen to love) that was there on arrival was the cherry on top of the cake so to speak. This place hasn't been open that long for bookings relatively speaking but it is already booked up for most of the year and you can absolutely see why. So I found a slot in the summer where there's the obvious more daylight hours and sunsets and booked again it was so good. It really is that lovely!!!

Everything you may need ( as per utensils and crockery cutlery and staples) was stocked up in the kitchen. It was not a bed and breakfast but a loaf of fresh bread with butter, juice, milk and cereal options, tea and coffee options were also available. Loved the fact that they had board games! Yay!
