A really lovely room with a superb bathroom. I thought that all the front of house staff were efficient and welcoming! I definitely would stay here again!!

Where should I start? Excellent attentive staff in all areas set the tone for a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely, well appointed room (William Morris wallpaper, for those who notice the details). Large shower, roomy bathroom, ample wardrobe and shelf space, comfortable bed. Big enough wall mounted TV if you wanted to catch up on news/entertainment. Well supplied coffee and snacks basket. Breakfast freshly cooked with local ingredients. Food so delicious we ate at the Lion every night of our stay.

Situated in the heart of Chester, the Grosvenor Place Guest House offers free WiFi. Within the city walls, this Georgian townhouse is just a 10-minute walk from Chester Racecourse. great location and the room had all the facilities we required for our 2 night stay. parking was nearby and everything in the walled city was accessible by foot.

On a quiet street, Stone Villa is a 5-minute walk from Chester Station. It offers free parking, rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and an extensive breakfast menu. Greeted by the owner , our room, up one flight of stairs, was ready before time expected with a nice selection of beverage. Facilities excellent. Very decent sized bathroom with extras. Car parking facilities excellent. More than adequate breakfast from staff /owners who aimed to please at all times. Location -- happy to walk and it took less than 10 minutes + to be in the Chester town centre. A good choice and highly recommendable.
