The building and gardens are excellent, as is the location. There are many restaurants around the area. The hotel restaurant was full but looked good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean and had all one would need. The room also had a balcony overlooking the square. We also used the car parking which was a few moments away.

Boasting a bar, shared lounge, patio and free WiFi, Hotel Les Pasteliers is situated in Albi, 800 metres from Albi Cathedral and less than 1 km from Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. The property was nicely located, close to both the train station and the historical sites. The room was very comfortable. What made the experience so memorable was Christophe, at the front desk, who helped us with directions, dinner reservations and even recharging our French SIM card.

Bathroom super, shower we wonderful, bed very comfortable, efficient air con. Kettle in room - hooray! Complimentary drinks in most public spaces. Lovely pool. Didn't use the spa. Nice meal in garden restaurant - pork confit was delicious. Breakfast superb with lots of choice including fresh apricots apples and peaches as well as fruit salad. A really super place at a great price.
