Excellent apartment, very beautiful, clean and close to the old city. However, it was almost impossible to find parking on the street. Excellent solution if you don’t travel with a car.

Located 36 km from Rochexpo, La pépite du semnoz is a recently renovated 5-star accommodation in Annecy, featuring a spa and wellness centre, a terrace and parking on-site. Location was great and it was only a very short walk to the town - 7-10 minutes and it is also on a bus route. The decor and facilities were wonderful and the standard of cleanliness very high. Extra little touches such as a bottle of bubbles, bottled water, milk in the fridge and little snacks was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The spa bath and sauna were an added bonus and the little balcony with seating for meals facilitated dining outside.

Beautiful garden too. From the first second we were there we felt welcome and at home. Just perfect!
