This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. Free WiFi is provided in public areas and the property has a table tennis table as well as a boules pitch. I loved my cabin and would happily stay again. Having a small kitchen and a cold fridge was so nice. Each cabin has it's own outside seating and chairs. It is only a very short drive to the village of Castellane that is lovely to visit and has a full supermarket. The swimming pool was also very nice.

Etienne went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and is even as we speak helping to post on a forgotten item of clothing. The view from the terrace is to die for.

More of a cabin glamping experience with full amenities. Property has all that you would need, including pool and hot tub. Breakfast is great as well. Only thing to consider is that there is no flush toilet, and so if you have a problem bagging your own waste then twice about booking.

A 25 km drive will take you to L'occitane factory for your and some retail therapy The charming Victorian-style rooms and cozy atmosphere make guests feel at home and luxurious at the same time. Hosts Marie and Pierre provide a personal touch and we felt so good being greeted and not entering our stay with password or key boxes. Their two cats enhance the inviting vibe. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of lavender fields, particularly stunning during blooming season. The attached balcony/ terrace offers breathtaking sunrises, and is also perfect for stargazing at nights The location is ideal for exploring local attractions, and complimentary parking right in front of the stay adds convenience. During our stay, we appreciated the elegant crockery that enhanced our meals and the spacious two rooms that provided comfort after a day of adventures for our family of four. A highlight was Marie's generous offer to let us cook in her kitchen when nearby restaurants were closed. Additionally, a presence of piano was a highlight as my boys play the instrument. A point to note : the accommodations is on the first floor with no lift, which may pose challenges for those with mobility issues or heavy suitcases. We didn't have any issues and totally recommend it. We plan to return to this stay in our next France visit. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. All rooms have a private bathroom. Host is super friendly. She helped us to plan our hike in Verdon Gorge and gave us flashlights which were very helpful in tunnels. Rooms are fresh, clean and the AC works great (heating and cooling). There is a very good restaurant serving burgers 200m away. 15 minutes away from Montagnac-Montpezat - beautiful place to rent a canoe. 1h away from Le Point Sublime which is a starting point of Sentier Martel (awesome hike).
