Wi-Fi is complementary The villa we stayed in was great, it had a nice view from the balcony, all of the amenities were provided, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big enough, and they had large wardrobes. The restaurant Bailys Bar had great service, amazing food and huge portions, plus there was always something happening. The villa itself was very peaceful, the pool area wasn't too busy, so we didn’t feel like it was crowded. Location wise, it's smack in the middle between beaches and restaurants/bars, which were just a pleasant walk away. The beach was right in front of the hotel, and the local supermarket, which is right around the corner was very convenient and fairly well stocked. The entire complex is entered with a keycard, so it felt very safe.

It's quiet and uncrowded, and the location by the sea is wonderful. Our room was a very decent size, with huge amounts of storage and a nice seating area and terrace - very comfortable! We also had views of the sea from the room, which was an unexpected plus. The gym was great, and open 24/7, and we took part in a free yoga lesson (Wednesday mornings). We had half-board, and the food was decent quality for the price (we speak as vegetarians). The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Really, it's a fantastic place to switch off. Costa Teguise is also a great location for exploring the whole island.

Free parking on the quiet street around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach, and quick exit to motorway. We had half-board and food was diverse and of good taste.

Josemari is a great host, he was available whenever we needed him and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. He even left some pastries for breakfast and a bottle of water. The room was perfectly clean. The location is in the middle of the island so it’s perfect for exploring the island. There are many sitting spots where you can eat, read a book, or simply relax by the pool.
