Beautiful lobby and service was great except problems with repeated demagnetized key cards. Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne. Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.

Apartment was equipped with all facilities. It also included complimentary orange juice, sparkling water, bier, bread, jam, butter, berry drink, fruits, chocolates. Wifi worked well and apartment was in quiet neighbourhood. Close to supermarket (5 min walk). Owner also provided some surrounding recommendation (Menzberg) which was absolutely worth it.
