This place was better than I had expected because the staff at Hotel St. George made us feel welcome and at home. They were not only friendly but extremely accommodating. The table in the apartment was small for our needs so they generously offered us use of a conference room with large table. As for the rest, the beds were comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good. I was worried about the street parking, but they told us where we could find a spot for free so no problems there. All in all a perfect stay.

The owners are super nice, the view is incredible, food is great, beds are comfy, room is very clean, there were toys for our kids and we loved the private balcony with the view! It was really perfect. The only thing I can mention is that you check the restaurant prices beforehand, the dinner was very delicious but it basically costed as much as our room for one night with breakfast included.

Every detail in the house makes your experience better. Cleanliness was very important to me, it met my expectations. There are useful utensils for cooking. There is a good coffee machine. It has a private garden where you can spend time. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Studio de Vacances Philipona is situated in Granges, 23 km from Lausanne Railway Station and 27 km from Palais de Beaulieu. Amazing location for a little get away. Farms all around, animals, very nice and peaceful. We loved everything about this place! Will come back for sure!
