Santiago was waiting för us upon arrival, and he really took his time to explain the apartment to us, as well as recommending the activities that we as first-timers in El Calafate could do. He even arranged laundry service for us, which was greatly appreciated. Sebastian AI Laundry Club picked the laundry up in the evening of our arrival, and we found the clean laundry back, neatly folded, the next day! The kitchen was equipped with the most amazing indoor barbecue. I've never seen anything like it before, and it worked amazingly well! The location was perfect, in the centre of El Calafate, so we could easily move around on foot. Thank you, Santiago, for having us in your apartment and for your kindness! He helped us allot during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the heating and shower was good. The place was close to a big supermarket.

We stayed in the detached apartment, which was modern and very clean and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The latter is very firm. Shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water, although there's a leak at the corner under the sink, so the floor gets a little wet. We just put down a towel and it was fine but we forgot to tell the hosts so they can fix it. There's a nice sitting area and a dining area and we even had a lovely wooden Christmas tree with lights which was a lovely touch. We had a little trouble finding the place using Google Maps so don't use that to navigate, but the directions sent by the hosts are very good. We just didn't get them in time because we had no signal for our phones. There was also a problem with the door lock initially, but that was taken care of while we went for dinner nearby. There are 4 dogs in the garden, including two puppies and they are all very friendly and just want to be petted.

Very nice property and room. The bed is very comfortable and the host is wonderful. There is a small market 3 minutes walk away and the city center is 12 minutes away. I would stay here again!
