Great value for money, location was awesome, staff were super friendly and helpful, also let you leave bags after checkout and it was very clean.
The location is perfect. It's very close to the city centre and the view from the room is exquisite. The room and bathroom are very clean. They are also a decent size. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy. But what really drew me to this hotel was the view! The view of the lake and the Andes is exquisite! Imagine waking up to that every morning! I am definitely staying here again!
What to say about this fab hostel! The staff work hard to maintain a beautifully clean and cozy hostel, treating guests as family. I felt so welcome here. The place is spotless and there is a lovely view from the kitchen/dinning area of the lake. Super convenient location with a bus stop to everywhere 2 mins down the road and a local shop for water/snacks etc. it's about 10 mins walking to town. Everything went great. Location is very nice with a lake view, although not on the lake, and just a few minutes away from downtown by car. The gardens around the hotel are very beautiful. The facilities are not new but are well maintained. Rooms were spacious and very clean with large comfy beds. Personnel was quite professional and friendly. Breakfast was quite ok. Indoor heated pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day and gym was decently fitted for hotel gym standards. Overall a great 4-star hotel, well worth the stay.
Beautiful place. We had an apartment, which was very clean, bed was excellent. Staff is kind and attentive. We wish we would know about this place earlier so we would stay for some more nights. Excellent location.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our trip, with a bonus stunning view of the lake. The location was ideal, central and close to all amenities. Paula was a great host, really helpful and gave us loads of information about the town. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here!
Very clean modern chalets in an absolutely lovely location with beautiful gardens and views across the mountains.
Friendly and helpful staff. Desk staff was absolutely great to deal with. WiFi was good. The room was very small but everything was very clean. The hotel is in a central location.
