The Location was good as there are bus stop close to the hotel which is 4mins, and 8 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. On my 3rd day, I wanted to have a taste of the local cuisine and I asked the receptionist for recommendations which they gave me
