Our stay at Bujtina Malaj was fantastic. It was a very cozy place, perfectly located to start our hike from Valbona to Theth the next day. Situated in a very picturesque mountainous area, the landscapes were beautiful. Although this guesthouse doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, there is another guesthouse nearby, just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious! The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home. He provided us with great support and directions for our route, and even prepared a sandwich for our excursion. Without a doubt, we recommend this place 100%!

We didn't need more for our stay there. The good private shower was outside the room. The location is close to the Theth trailhead (the host gave us a ride there in the morning), but a little far from the village "centre" (if you can call it that, the village is basically just a long road).
