Delivery services in Ajman will bring all types of shopping (takeout, groceries, clothing, whatever you need) to the apartment door. Parking for one car is also available. The CMA management team was available to us easily and quickly before, during, and at leaving time. Fast communication by phone/text/whatsapp made being in contact easy. One of the team met us at arrival, and before arrival we asked about shops, details of arrival, car rentals, etc. The team provided complete and accurate information each time we requested help. We will certainly rent with confidence from CMA when we return to the UAE.

The pictures do not give this flat justice! It's much more beautiful than I thought it would be. Everything was available, the whole family was comfortable and we didn't want to leave! The host was fantastic, she made us feel comfortable and was always ready to help in any way. We are already planning our return. On top of this, the sea is always lovely for a swim or just sitting at the beach, and the building has a health centre with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym (totally segregated, one for men and one for women) as well as a beautiful family swimming pool.
