You know how some cheap hotels are maybe clean but everything is kind of shabby and grubby and a little cringy? This isn’t that. Very clean. Nice layout of room. Everything tidy and in excellent condition. Nice linens. Would definitely stay again.
It was in a great location for our road trip. The couple managing the front desk are super sweet. The room was older but very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It was definitely an older motel (still using physical keys) but had a quaint, welcoming feel to it. The room also had a freezer (really worked) and fridge combo (dorm size).
The motel honored our request for the room location.
Even though the motel is on a busy street, it is far enough back that we did not hear any road noise.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was available to take back to the room or take "to go" which we did. It was available from 6 am.

Regency Inn is a decent older budget hotel with very pleasant and helpful desk staff. The three large double beds in the room worked well for our party of five. Very close to decent inexpensive restaurants. Easy to find off Interstate 80.
Friendly, kind staff. Very clean, simple room - exactly what we were looking for in an overnight stop across I-80. If all you're looking for is a clean, affordable room, Town House Motel is for you. If you need something fancier than a 1980s-era facility, keep looking. This will be our new go-to whenever we need to stay in Winnemucca.
