The property was wonderful! This was our first time to Maui. Kihei is such a great location and is centrally located between all of the tourist spots. I loved that there was a kitchen and they even provide you with a cooler, beach umbrella and beach towels! I wish I would’ve taken pictures!

We were super impressed with Michelle at the agents office where you pick up the keys. A pure positive energy felt from her!
The building seemed pretty busy but the elevators are fast, we don't like waiting for slow elevators so that was a plus.

We were stunned by the cleanliness of the whole condo. During our search for a place to stay, we were tempted to stay at a larger resort, but we are so happy with Pualani Boutique Resort. The pool was super clean and always refreshing. Since there are only a few condos in this resort, you are getting a lot of privacy. The apartment was outstanding and very well maintained. The AC worked quietly without disturbing a good night sleep. We were not missing anything - it was just all there. Directly across our front entrance are washer and dryer (FREE to use) and outdoor showers. The backdoor opens to the pool, so you literally have 3 steps into the water. ALL beach supplies we were hoping for, were provisioned, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, boggy board, cooler, etc. I truly recommend this resort and apartment for everyone. Oh, and the beach is just 1min walk across the street. We were enjoying the sunset with some self-made cocktails, relaxing in our beach chairs. ALL pictures are accurate, except for the sofa sleeper. This sofa has been upgraded with new covers, so feels like NEW.

Housekeeping services while we stayed, place is new and modern and very clean. We felt just at home. Lots of security around so we felt safe. My toddler accidentally left the room without us knowing and they found him and brought him back.

Gorgeous place! Great location near to shops and restaurants which were lovely and such a nice area. The room was stunning and spotless, extremely comfy and luxurious. We had been left treats and all the extras to enjoy which was such a nice touch. Lovely quiet pool on site too. Our favourite stay of our holiday!
The appartment was spotlessly clean, freshly renovated, beautifully designed and decorated, and very well equipped. The territory of the condo complex was lush and very well maintained, a pleasure to be in. Beach just across the road, other shops/amenities within walking distance or a short drive. Perfect base location for day trips. We couldnt ask for anything more, everyrhjbg was just perfect!
The apartment is very clean, and we like the location so close Wailea. We also like the assigned parking is just outside the apartment and the unit is on the ground level. Checkin instructions are accurate and easy to follow.
Location was convenient and nice. I wish we could’ve checked in earlier in the day to enjoy the space. Easy combination entry and the A/C was on when we arrived. Very clean and well stocked with towels, pillows and linens.
The location is excellent as it is just across the road to the beach. Short walk to restaurants and a park and nearby beaches. The premise is very clean and well maintained with beautiful garden at the property.
The location is good as we went on a snorkelling tour that went from the pier which was close to the hotel. The beach is nice, and beach towels were provided. Maui is a very expensive destination, so this was within our budget, but still more than we paid on the other islands. The room was tiny, but it's exactly as advertised.
