If you love isolated places and the wilderness, and still want to be close enough to the Grand Canyon, then this is for you. The place is just as described. Comfortable and clean. Just pack warm clothes because nights can be freezing cold even in April. The house will keep you relatively warm and there was enough hot water for us four. We loved the place!

Close to Grand Canyon. We have stayed here before and it is Okay and cheap, room and bathroom were very clean, good beds. Nice shop next to the hotel, if open, nice cars too to make some photos
Amazing stay. Really nice tents and great location. Very clean and well organized. Just be aware, it gets cold at night. We were early may and it was 2 degrees at night. Bring warm clothes!
This was a great location and quick to get to grand canyon early in the morning. There was also food on site and a bar if you chose to stay in the main building, which we did not as we were on a tight budget. I would highly suggest if you're a lone woman traveller to stay in the main building, not the cabin rooms as there's a safety element. I wouldn't have felt safe in the motel section away from the restaurant without my partner there. The rooms were simple and did the trick.
I found this location for our hike in the Grand Canyon, I wanted to do the longer hike from South Kaibab trrail to the river and back and I needed something closer to the Grand Canyon National Park but at a cheaper price than the lodges on the rim itself. This was perfect, cheaper, yet close enough.
We go backcountry camping a lot so we’re not used to this level of luxury for glamping. Great location close to the Grand Canyon but tucked away enough for quiet.
Very clean and confortable bed, gracious host. They even have a shower building (wasn’t expecting warm water, so that’s another bonus compared to backcountry)
Location easy to find and plenty of communication from the owner beforehand. Door lock was a keypad which worked well. Plenty of other people around - this is a trailer/tiny home park. TV worked well and I could pick up Netflix so presumably Wi-fi was good too. We left early well before sunrise. Good place to stay if you're heading up to the South Rim - much cheaper than the places that are closer to the Grand Canyon and only about a half hour drive.
