Staff was helpful, room was clean, decent size, with nice bathroom. There was a small gym and a laundry room although we didn't use them.
Location was reasonably convenient to reach by bus from the airport and to travel to Manhattan via Metro during our stay.

very clean rooms and friendly staff. affordable drinks at the bar, and an incredible roof view. really a great location to get around the city too. no complaints!!
Was very good. The hotel is new, in good condition, and very clean. Every day, they greeted us with hot chocolate. The breakfast is okay, could be better, but it's fine. In terms of location, you have to walk a bit; my advice is to use the 21st Street-Queensbridge Station, which is the closest.
But I recommend it; it has the three Bs: good, nice, and cheap.
Breakfast area was very clean and the attendant was constantly cleaning and resuppling the food. The lobby is spotless, concierge wasalways offering help regardless of the hour. The location is conveniently located for dining and shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the little gem to family and friends. The walking shower has shelves/racks for the towels making it convenient to dry yourself without having to leave the shower area.
The price/quality ratio is very high. It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area but our stay here was really great. Very clean, warm, the location is also great - 7-10 minutes walk to the subway stations (there are 2 of them that are close to the hotel).
Staff very friendly, breakfast very good, very clean. Nice corner room. Good location with several subway lines nearby. Issue with sink was dealt with instantly on a Sunday evening.
Service is great, check in easy and the hotel is done up very modern throughout - all recently refurbished. It is very clean inside, especially for Queens - NYC. Its also a 5min walk to a metro stn! When driving in to NYC its easier to stay off the island of Manhattan as driving in NYC is insane! And so is the overnight parking prices. So this hotel is located ideally if you need relatively affordable overnight parking and still a journey in to downtown/uptown in under 30minutes, anytime.
