The breakfast was very varied, generously stocked with bacon or sausage and different toppings.
It was so nice to be able to cook our own food for lunch and dinner because of the fridge, cooktop and groceries easily accessible at Target, just behind the Inn.
Staff were very helpful and always positive and polite.

I tried checking in. Never had my reservation. Tv would not work to get the weather. No coffee. No breakfast nothing. Pay 200 dollars per night only stay 8 hours. Staff does nothing to help. Then. They ask for a tip. What a horrible place.

Very convenient location for Brigham Young University (you can walk); very large room/suite; nice breakfast; complementary coffee and tea; while the hotel had no kitchen for evening meals, the Indian restaurant next door had wonderful quality and great value food (and drink), wonderful staff there too.
Overall the property is pretty okay for the price and location; however they asked a 25USD deposit without address on the paper, it only relied on the mutual trust.
Actually they returned the fund very quickly but better to write on the paper before asking the customer to sign it.
I really can’t agree this American hotel management; I have already been cheated by other bad hotels twice in a 15 days trip.
