Cassie checked us in & from the minute we walked in she was friendly, helpful and treated us with so much respect. The hotel was the cleanest hotel that we’ve stayed in since covid & they do daily cleaning without a request. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing since the host cancelled my entire stay cuz they FREAKED OUT (the host exact words) that I booked for that time based on that even though I kept up with messages and communication and booked it after they accepted my SERVICE ANIMALS since I'm a 100% DISABLED FEMALE GULF WAR VETERAN and they knew I was and had animals and were fine with that which isn't the issue. They cancelled without talking to me or seeing if we could resolve their FREAKED OUT state in another way while still accommodating my reservation which was booked months before my move to Utah but they didn't. They DID re invite me back and told me that the BOOKED UP status on their establishment was false and they had plenty of reservations left but did cancel on me cuz they were FREAKED OUT.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, good breakfast. Great location and fairly quiet.
We had an issue with a noise outside of our room all night, but it was extremely windy. At checkout, the staff were very apologetic and gave us a small discount as compensation. They did not need to do this and it was a nice gesture.
I booked this hotel based on proximity to Snowbasin and the fact they had a hot tub. First, the staff were friendly and so helpful especially with dining choices. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was an added bonus and especially that it was a full breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next trip tp Snowbasin
