Location on the beach, beach bar by the pool, restaurants and shops all literally by the unit! Super clean and easy and comfortable arrival. Beds are little bit on the smaller side if you sharing but we didn't mind. Would definitely stay again :)

We've truly enjoyed our stay at the Kapa'a Sands 09! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay is just there. Gorgeous ocean view, direct access to the beach, spacious room, good shower, all the utilities you can think of; it's there!

Location was great, the appartment was located in a condo with a beautifull beach to see the sunrise.
There are lots of facilities around the appartment as restaurants, supermarket, services, etc.

The resautrant was insanely expensive - we paid twice what we would have in New Zealand for a very 'nice', mid range meal - pizza, drinks, an entree and a main for four people. We did not eat at the restaurant again.

The place is very clean and the staff are accommodative and responsive to your needs . Location ok for tourists with vehicles . Otherwise a bit away for amenities like restaurant etc
This place is extremely clean. If you are looking for a cheap clean comfortable place, this is is. Nothing luxurious but a great price point for those traveling on a budget. Lots of parking! 10min max to grocery stores.
Gorgeous location and layout. We got to pop next door to the Resort and use its beautiful pool and facilities (the food was really good at both restaurants there…) and the apartment was very clean and cushy and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything you could want in one place. We’ll be back.
A good location in Lihue, ideal to visit different parts of the island every day. A good size room, with clean amenities.
It's a good option when travelling to Kaui on a budget, but you can't expect too much from it either.
The staff were responsive to the issues which I had raised (ie. cockroaches in the room), the rates were affordable, good location, contactless check-in and out and we were provided with a small discount for the pest issue.
