Love this hotel! Atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. The bed was so comfy and I had the best sleep in a long time. The location is well situated with plenty of restaurants, things to do, and just minutes away from the beach. It’s going to be my go-to hotel for visiting Laguna Beach!

system is stupid and awful. when i got there , i found out there is absolutely no staff there at all. door locked. no way to get to a room. then i called the 800 number and found out it is all self-serve. in the morning, paper cups for coffee and the single coffee pod machine did not work, super tiny motel style room. tv does not work, unless you happen to have roku. no desk anywhere. forbid if you need any help or assistance... you are on your own.,

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was great and we liked how the TV had all the great channels to watch. We appreciated the fridge and the microwave as well since we stayed a week. Thank you!

Just a short 5-minute walk from downtown and the beach, the location couldn't be better. The room was spotless, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed and secure. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay in Laguna Beach.

The location is absolutely perfect, right between the downtown core and Heisler park for an amazing sunset view. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. The staff member who greeted us was exceptionally sweet and the hand written card on arrival was a nice touch. Plenty of parking too!
Capri is a lovely hotel which is a terrific budget option to nearby places in Laguna. Although this is a two star hotel they go above and beyond to make it comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone whether a budget or lux traveller - although it is a fairly basic accomodation every element is well put together and the staff in particular are really lovely. Comfortable beds, great location. Shout out to Bashir. Fantastic place with a lovely view!
